Hazienda
Un punto d'incontro per iniziare bene la giornata, una pasticceria ben curata accompagnata da un'ottima caffetteria, ingredienti ideali per un buon inizio.
Durante la pausa pranzo si può scegliere tra il menu alla carta ed un menu del giorno consigliato dal nostro chef, ad un prezzo accessibile a tutti.
La sera in compagnia di un fuoco accesso, vicino al nostro camino siamo lieti di proporvi un menu alla carta, antipasti, primi piatti con paste fatte in casa, secondi arricchiti da una selezione di carni alla brace, dessert realizzati interamente dalla nostra pasticceria e ovviamente buon vino servito con la dovuta cura.
Caffetteria
Hazienda Ristorante è anche Hazienda Caffè, tostato artigianalmente all’interno del ristorante, il caffè servito al bancone e ai tavoli del ristorante viene acquistato allo stato naturale, verde, tostato tipologia per tipologia e provenienza, poi sapientemente miscelato per ottenere il giusto equilibrio tra coffea arabica e coffea robusta. Produciamo tre tipi di miscele : HAZIENDA ( 75% ARABICA E 25% ROBUSTA); 21 AGOSTO ( 100% ARABICA sei paesi di provenienza); CREMOSA ( 100% ROBUSTA cinque paesi di provenienza).
Pranzo
La pausa pranzo, crocevia della giornata, tra lavoro e riposo.
Il nostro chef è lieto di proporvi un menu giornaliero realizzato con prodotti acquistati quotidianamente articolato in tre primi piatti, tre secondi e tre contorni offerti ad un prezzo accessibile a tutti.
Per i più esigenti il menu del giorno è affiancato dal menu alla carta sempre disponibile.
Cena
Il fuoco del camino inizia a scaldare l'ambiente, le luci si abbassano per lasciare posto alle candele, è l'ora della cena.
Libero sfogo alla fantasia dello chef, antipasti, primi piatti con paste di produzione propria trafilate al bronzo, secondi piatti arricchiti da una selezione di carni nazionali ed internazionali ideali per essere cucinate alla brace direttamente dal nostro camino visibile in sala.
Coronamento di un'ottima cena un dessert prelibato frutto dell'operato della nostra pasticceria interna.

Our Head Chef
After undertaking a professional pilgrimage in the 1980’s, head chef Colin Guthrie has immersed himself in the traditions and techniques of the mediterranean nation of Italy.
An enthusiastic student of his craft who learned under the tutelage of Sicilian chefs in Corleone, this all important period of hands-on training was supplemented by spending time in the markets of Palermo and getting a rare glimpse into the homespun methods of the mamma’s and nonna’s whose tried and tested methods have fed generations of families.
Inspired by the teachings of the old country, there is nothing mass-produced about what we do. Everything is cooked to order and as such, patience can often be a virtue as we always strive to deliver the most rewarding and flavourful visit that we can.

Fusing the best local produce with select important items which imbue our food with the unmistakable quality of genuine Italian cooking, it goes without saying that no matter what time you pop in and what menu you choose to eat from, we prioritise freshness and always strive to outdo ourselves.
